Trying to lose weight? Me too!
Hi girlies,
After months of good intentions thinking about losing weight I have finally got round to starting a diet. I find it hard doing it alone though and finding the will power to carry on for more than about a week!
There are a few reasons why I want to lose weight, one being that I want to feel happy with my body and also cause I want to be able to keep up with my boyfriend and boy mates when I go boarding next!
So, I decided this time I would start a blog where I could share my diet diary, how it is going and where others can share their tips and thoughts on their own diet.

wow, you girls are so motivating! i'm trying to shed some pounds too. my excuse is that i'm "too busy" but i guess that it's one of those things that you have to find time for, otherwise it's just not gonna happen! keep it up!!
I started snowboarding a week ago,and have lost so many inches from exercises (which is a must0, and stretching. I'm so glad.
Good luck everyone... hope you've acheived some goals by now. 'Dieting' is my hardest thing. I can make myself workout whenever, but when it comes to food... I just can't say no to bad stuff. I've been reading a ton of dieting/weight loss/get in shape posts all morning, so starting today I'm gonna start a healthier me. No fried stuff, sodas, sweets, until I lose at least 20lbs. Then I'll reward myself and start the process over again! I need to get back on the p90x train. I've completed it once, and it DOES work if you do the workouts every day. I didn't even follow the diet and still dropped 3 dress sizes. I want to kick myself knowing that if I followed the nutrition plan, I'd have lost even more.
