Strengths: Beautiful. Responsive. Light. Easily adjusted. Okay so what more can I say about the Union Milan binding? I think they're so good I have them in black and white!! I progressed onto these bindings and I'd also flirted with the Drake DLX, there is no comparison. If you ever wanted to know what difference a binding makes, put these on and you'll be like 'wait a minute...' They're Union's middle of the road female binding, behind the Trilogy and in front of the Cadet. They feel like quality and come with a lengthy guarantee; the baseplate is guaranteed for life. Standard ratchet binding with a cushioned ankle strap; the toe strap can be worn across the foot or at the end of the foot. The biggest difference I noticed between these and previously used bindings is their responsiveness.
Weaknesses: They noticably require breaking in, but after that, there are no weaknesses.
